This May, The Class House is taking on its final month-long fitness challenge—our hardest yet—all in support of three incredible local causes.
MAY MISSION: FINAL FEAT marks the end of a tradition that has pushed us to our limits for
the past two years. This time, we’re raising funds for:
• A defibrillator for the business park where our gym is located
• The local youth club charity in Llandeilo.
• Tenovus Cancer Care Llandeilo, a cause close to many of our members' hearts
All money raised will be divided among these three vital causes.
WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE?
Every day in May, our members will take on some of the toughest CrossFit workouts out there.
In 2022, we completed a Hero WOD every day and raised over £2,000 for Air Ambulance
In 2023, we tackled workouts created by our own members—some lasting over an hour.
This year, for our final challenge, we’re going all in: Hero workouts, CrossFit Games qualifiers, classic CrossFit benchmarks, and the toughest workouts from the past two years.
This will be our hardest mission yet—and we’re doing it for something bigger than ourselves.
WHY WE’RE DOING THIS
At The Class House, our members aren’t just gym-goers—they’re our friends and family. Having a
defibrillator on-site ensures we can act fast in an emergency, keeping our community safe.
Our gym is built on community, resilience, and purpose. We believe in inspiring fitness and well-being in Llandeilo’s youth, and we welcome young athletes through our doors every week. By supporting the youth club, we’re investing in the next generation’s physical and mental well-being.
We also stand with our members whose loved ones have faced cancer, making Tenovus a charity that truly matters to us. This challenge isn’t just about fitness—it’s about coming together, pushing
through adversity, and making a difference.
We may be a small, local, inclusive gym, but we’re full of spirit, camaraderie, and determination.
Help us make this final May challenge one to remember and raise money for these very worthy causes.
